Norman Korer, 93, beloved husband of the late Ethel Korer; loving father of Linda Richter (Tom Kalko), David Korer (Claire Kaplan), Esther Korer and Randee Korer; cherished grandfather of Matthew (Andrea) Richter, Eli Korer (Alli Schwartz, fiancée), Ian Korer and the late Michael Richter and great-grandfather of Joshua and Nathan; devoted son of the late Beatrice and Eli Korer; dear brother of the late Joseph (Florence Korer and Morton Korer; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Graveside service Thursday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. To: David, Linda, Esther, Randee and the Korer family. I have so many great memories of Norman from our days on Mozart street. Your family was and always will be family to me. I will never forget driving cars from the airport for him and knowing that I had another father right next door if I needed anything. Our deepest condolences to all of you.
